THE COMPOSITION OP THIS GUANO IS IDEN?
TICAL "WITH PERUVIAN. IT DIFFERS
ONLY IN THE PROPORTIONS OF THE
; ? SAM? ELEMENTS. . . ' *}
\1/H1LE IT CONTAINS LESS AMMONIA, TI TT/VQ
V? nearly twice the quantity of Phosphate of Lime,
16 per cent Of which is immediately soluble. Its effects I
on Cotton the past season have, in many instances, ex- ?
celled Peruvian Guano. It has in no case proved less ac?
tive in tho early growth of the crop. When drought in?
tervenes tho crop does not Buffer from its use as is the
case with Peruvian Guano. By reason of the presence in
it of so large aper cent, of Phosphate of Lime its use im?
proves tho soil to an extent that cannot be realized from
Peruvian Guano.
Every cargo of this Guano is subjected to rigid inspec?
tion analysis, and is Bold on a basis ef actual value.
The undersigned, Agent, ls prepared to furnish the tes?
timony of well known South Carolina planters in evidence
of thc superior excellence of this Guano.
