From New Orleans we" learn that the Radicals
are again attempting to make mischief. The State
Executive Cnmniittea has issued an address aad

and calling upon Confrres3 to abolish the present
State Government of Louibi&na,- and to establish a
military or provisional one, with negro voter* as
the ba-ls. Governor Wells is said to be ao party
to this movement. There were rumors current
at New Orleans?.f the capture of Matamoras by
Cortina?, but they were not credited. General
Ortega and suite still remain at Brazos. Ortega
has again protested agakst the action of the
