Beneficiary Scholarships foe Medical
Students.?The Trustees of the Louisville
(Kv.) Medical College have created a number
of Beneficiary Scholarships, for the benefit of
poor, but deserving young men seeking a first
class medical education. ^One Beneficiary
student is received from each Senatortal Dis?
trict of any State, and one from each Congres?
sional District of the different States. Sons of
physicians and clergymen are very properly
accorded Beneficiary Scholarships. Each
Scholarship is worta to* the recipient of it
$200, and those receiving such aid are known |
only to the Dean. Mode of obtaining a Bene?
ficiary Scholarship learned by applying to Dr.
E. S. Gaiilard, Dean, Louisville, Ky. As the
next session begins in September, all young
men needing aid ahotdd apply as early as pos?
sible. '

the Scheme with a full explanation of the mode of draw
ing.
At thia Concert, which will be the grandest musical dis?
play erer witnessed in this country, the unprecedented
