Tos Eager For Turkey
On Monday Mr. Adam Fulmer
brought into town the numerous pieces
of a very badly bursted gun,
and also incidentally a very badly burst
ed left hand.
It seems that on Saturday he was a
little too eager after wild turkey, and
put into each barrel of his old gun, too
large a charge of smokeless powder.
The result was that when a turkey was
seen, and the gun went off, the turkey
did likewise, but both barrels of the
gun burst into small pieces, and the
oreach was torn up, likewise Mr. Ful
mer’s left hand.
On Monday he brought what pieces
of the gun could find into town, and
could only exhibit them, as no one
found who would undertake to
them together again.
