the first Monday in January next, it
being the 4th day of January, 1892,
for the payment of the debts of the
late John Kirklaud, deceased, the
following described tract of land:
All that tract, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the Coun
ty of Aiken and State aferesaid, con
taining seventy acres more or less,
and bounded as following: To the
north by lands of Dr. J. M. Pitts, and
James Rutland, to the east by lands of
Daniel Willis, to the south and west
by lands of Lewis Younce.
