DEGULATIONS of the War Industries Hoar
materially effect the details of the Clnbbin
contest The Enquirer has been running for tli
past sixty years, and our plans this year, must (
necessity be in accordance with these regulation
Section 2 of the Regulations provides: "No publisher may co
tinue subscriptions after three months after date of expiration, u
less subscriptions are renewed and paid for."
Section 9 says: "No publisher shall sell his publication to ni
subscriber below the published subscription price."
Section 10 says: "No publisher shall offer premiums with li
publication unless a price is put upon the premium for sale sop
rately, and the combined price is at least 75 per cent of the sum
the individual prices."
Tho penalty for violation of any of these conditions is the cu
ting off of the publisher's supply of white paper.
THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICES
The subscription price of The Yorkville Enqu
rer is now $2.50 per year for an individual sul
scriber, or $2.25 per year to makers of Clubs (
