DEGULATIOXS of the War Industries Board i
** materially effect the details of the Clubbing j
contest The Enquirer has been running for the
past sixty years, and our plans this year, must of
necessity be in accordance with these regulations, j
Section 2 of the Regulations provides: "So publisher may con- ;
tinue subscriptions after three months after date of expiration, unless
subscriptions are renewed and paid for."
Section 9 says: "No publisher shall sell his publication to any ;
subscriber below the published subscription price." I
Section 10 says: "No publisher shall ofTer premiums with his j

ratelv. anil the combined price is at least 75 per cent of the sum 01 .
the individual prices."
Tho penalty for violation of any of these conditions is the cutting
off of the publisher's supply of white paper.

CLUB CONDITIONS
The Club offer continues until FERRUARY 1ST. 1919. after
which date all UNPAID subscriptions will be DISCONTINUED. and ^

Clubmakcrs may return names with or without the money, on
the distinct understanding that payment MUST BE MADE ON OR

had at this office, the commission, however, not to become due and
