WITH regard to the Flour Census
" now on in the various School Districts.
I desire to call the attention of
the heads of families to the fact that
under the law. the bureau rests upon
them to furnish the desired information.
The School District Administrators
are trying to make it as convenient
and easv as possible to heads
of families and I hep to advise that
heads of families will do well to adopt
the same attitude. If heads of families
not yet approached by the Administrators
will call upon the Administrators
for blanks the work will be
facilitated to the benefit of all concerned.
It is understood of course,
that reports are desired only In eases
w,hore the heads of families hay^
hand more Hour than is necessary for
thirty days' supply, on a basis of 50
per cent of normal consumption. The
census must be completed before next
Saturday. February 9.
