Hands Enrolled During Month and
Work Done.

THE total number of hands enrolled
on the York county chalngangl
during the month of October was 41. |
They worked an aggregate of S14 days,
the average number working each day
being 26.
During the month the gang graded
about three-quarters of a mile of road
and hauled sand 5} days.
J. B. Cook went out with bridge
force, consisting of 12 hands and two
teams on the 28th day of August,
1918, and returned on the 27th day
of October, doing work as follows:
Built one steel bridge over Toole's
Fork, 178 feet long.
Built one wooden bridge over Wild
Cat, 150 feet long.
Built one cattle chute, 5x6, 30 feet
long.
Built two ends to double culvert,
5x7, 8 feet long.
Built wooden bridge over Toole's
40 feet long.
Built wooden bridge over Toole's
Fork, 156 feet long.
Built one cattle chute, 4x5), 30 feet
long. ,
Put in 35 feet of tiling and built
concrete head walls to the same, and 1
hauled dirt one and one-half days, |
filling in on tiling. I
Traded sand three days.
Worked one day repairing tiling,
filling In. I
Hauled dirt one and one-half days
to fill In abutment. 1
