Dear Sir: If you paint two houses
alike with two different paints, and
one takes twice as much paint as the
other, you know which paint to buy
after that?so rar as gu-itu gvco?
don't you?
One of these paints is Devoe; the
other is an average paint. The worst
are worse than that; the better are
not much better; no other paint than
Devoe is anywhere near Devoe in gofar.
Devoe is go further; the rest are
go-short go-middling and go-threequarters.
Yours truly

A SACRED TRUST.
The responsibility resting upon

with this conception of the
sacred character of the work and the
solemn responsibility imposed thereby.

proper means to lighten the burden of

small as is consistent with security.
Evidence of the skilful and faithful
management of the Mutual Benefit is
found in its exceedingly low expense
rate, and remarkably favorable mortality
rate extending over the whole
period of its existence?nearly sixty
years.
It is all right to listen to the other
fellows' stories and examine their contracts;
but you will be doing yourself

before you know about the Mutual
