to All the office of Probate Judge,
or said county.
At the said election there1 will be
jrovided a box at eafch precinct 'wheren
the duly qualified voters may depost
their ballots.
Before the hour fixed for opening
he polls, Managers and Clerks must
ake and subscribe to the cohstitutlonil
oath. The chairman of the board of
ranagers can administer the oath to
he other managers and the clerk; a
lotary public must administer the oath
0 the chairman. The managers elect
heir chairman and clerk.
Polls at each voting place must be
ipened at 7 o'clock a. m., and closed
it 4 o'clock p. m.
The managers have the power to fill
1 vacancy, and if none of the mans*
:ers attend, citizens can appoint from
jnong the qualified voters the manaers,
who, after being sworn, can conluot
the election.
At the close of the election, the manners
and clerk must proceed' -publicly
o open the ballot boxes and count the
allots therein, and continue without
.djournment until the same Is competed,
and make a statement of the
esult for each candidate and sign the

Within three days after the election
he chairman of the board or some one
