QUiCK DEALING.
IF you are anxious to dispose of property
at its market value, remember
a broker's talented auctioneer can
give you much more pleasant and
speedy relief than the sheriff's. Always
take your medicine in the mildest
form possible. I will advertise
your property extensively, real estate
or personal, in any amounts that will
Justify me In conducting the sale, und
3ell it for the high dollar for all cash,
01 easy payments, as owners may prefer.
My object is to find a ready purchaser
for property that owners are
willing to accept market values for.
At auction is the best method to realize
full values and quick results. An
auctioneer who knows his business
thoroughly can make property bring a
great deal more. I always aim for the
best talent that the sale will justify.
Remember I am not confined to local
buyers, as I' am in position to attract
buyers from other states. This does
not Interfere with my private aaleq.
Remember if I don't do your business,
I cost you no money. I know the Importance
of secrets. Propositions are
necessary for business, and not idle
questions, therefore say what you want
and are willing to pay.
