the petitioner heroin, the Administrator of saicl
deceased, should not be decreed to distribute the
said estate as if the said grand-daughter had died

to the said estate as distributees, or otherwise,
are hereby notified to appear, on the day, and at
the time appointed above, before the said Probate
Court, to intervene for their several interests in
said estate.

privilege of paying in cotton expires on the 1st
of November. After that date, their Notes call
for currency, at the rate of $30.00 for Acid and
$45.00 for Guano, per ton. It will be seen how
important it is to bring in the cotton .1t once.
Those owing me for Improved Harris' Fertilizer
are requested to make payment at once. Their
notes fell dtie on the 15th of October.
