is expected to address the Association
on Fish culture.

Will enliven the occasion.
Grounds are beautjfully located and well, supplied
with shade and water. Ample accommodations
for all visitors. Trotting, Riding, Horsemanship
and Bycicle- Riding.

Exhibitors are urged to furnish the Secretary,
before Fair week, with a liat of proposed entries,
pedigrees, certificates, statements, Ac., with number
of premium they wiab to contend for.
No entries admitted after 6 o'clock, P. M. October
16, except stock, which may be entered until
10 o'olock, "October 17th.
Artiela? not mentioned in the Premium List
may be exhibited and premium awarded, upon
approval by Board of Directors.
No exhibits allowed to be removed until the
close of the Fair.
All accommodation and care for stock without
eharire ; forage furnished on Grounds at Chester
market price.

H. F. A DICKES, deceased, I will sell at pubI
lie sale, at York Court House, on
SALES-DAY IN NOVEMBER, all
the Real Estate belonging to the said deceased,
consisting of the following town lots and farming
lands, to-wit:
1. The three story Brick Building known as
the "ADICKES BUILDING" situated on the
corner of Congress and Liberty streets, in the
town of Yorkville, containing two large and
handsome store rooms on Congress street, together
with a large number of rooms on the second
and third stories.
2. The house and lot immediately in the rear
of the brick building containing 4 acre of land
with a large and comfortable two story dwelling

and worked by Mr. A. L. Jonas, to whom
it is leased until January, 1884, and will l)e sold
subject to this lease, thepurchaser to collect and
receive the rents for the year 1883.
Either of the'two tracts of land, Nos 6 andG,
will be divided into tracts and sold to suit purchasers.

One-half cash on day of sale, the balance to be
paid on 1st November, 1883, with interest from

stock of Prenared Paints, raw and boiled Oils,
