Dr. Hawthorne, himself the greatest pulpit orator
of Alabama, says of Willoughby Reade:
"His readings are unsurpassed by any ever given
in this country. If oratory be the 'lost art/ he
has found it. I do not believe his equal exists in
this or any other land."
Of Willoughby Reade, the English elocutionist,
Bishop Kavanaugh, of Ky., says: "He enchains

When fallen man first became a subject of disease
and death, Peace and Mercy and all the heavenly
attributes but Hope, veiled their faces and
fled. Hope lingered behind, and is-still present
to cheer the afflicted and despondent. Let the
sufferers from Lung Diseases take heart and learn
that Churchill's Hvpophospbites of Lime and
Soda, McArthnr's formula, has a record in the
treatment of their malady, unsurpassed by any
other medicine. Numbers of cases have been
cured, especially in the incipiency of the disease.
The fame of a' good thing and cheap, cannot be
circumscribed by corporate limits, or county and
State lines even. No "pent-up Utiea" for the
Brazillian Shoe Polish. The report of it has gone
abroad, and we are receiving orders from neighboring
counties. Price 15 cents per bottle.
When the poet, Burns, wished the foes of Scotland
a twelve-months toothache, the* imprecation
would have lost its point if Kuykendal's One
Minnte Toothache Cure had been known and
available to the enemies of that country. This
remedy is warranted to relieve the worst and every
case of that dreadful malady in one minute.
The good a man does in this life is oft enshrined
and perpetuated in some unostentatious effort pnt
forth for the benefit and alleviation of suffering
humanity. The Expectorant Mixture, formula
of Dr. Lindsay, is a Doon ?f no small value to
those afflicted with Coughs, Colds, Whooping
Ornish. OrouD. Asthma. Bronchitis, Ac.
When the female portion of a household have
laid In their Winter Cloaks and Bonnets, and the
Digestive Organs are in a healthy condition, the
domestic cirde are happy and contented. But
the digestive organs are soon impaired, and the
general health undermined, and the temper made
sour and irritable by the use of heavy and unwholesome
bread. To piake light and digestible
Biscuits, Rolls, Cakes, Pastry, Ac., use only Dr.
Prioe's Cream Baking Powder. The best and
cheapest in use. JOHN C. KUYKENDAL.
