WHEREAS the Plaintiffs did on the second
day of October instant, file their Declarations
ngninst the Defendant, who (as it is said) is
absent from and without the limits of this State,
and has neither wife nor Attorney known within
the same, upon whom a copy of said Declaration
| might be served: It is therefore ordered, that the
said defendant do appear and plead to the said
Declarations on or before the 28tb day of October,
which will be in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty-nine, otherwise final
I and aosolute judgment will then be giren and
I awarded against him.
