Oaft.?None offering?the market bare. We
quote prices nominal at 40 to 45 cents per bushel.
Flour.?This article is much sought after, especially
the better grades. We renew our quotations
of last week, viz: Ordinarv.to fine,

Stable on Church street, near the Masonic Hall,

he is prepared with comfortable VEHICLES and

CONVEYANCES TO ANY POINT,
at the shortest notice and on the most reasonable
terms.
ne has in his employ experienced hostlers, and
will boatd stock on the following terms: Single
feed. 25 cents; per day, 75 cents; per week,
$4 50; per month, $10.
Having large and commodious LOTS, well supplied
with water, troughs, racks, &c., attached to
bis Stables, he is prepared to accommodate Drovers,
and to supply them with all necessary provender
as low as can be procured in this market.
He or his agent, Mr. CASHION, will always
be found at the Rail Road Depot with an Omnibus,
on the arrival of the cars, to convey Passengers
to STOWE'S HOTEL, or any part of the
town; or to make engagements for the conveyance
of passengers to any point above Yorkville.
Strangers desiring conveyances are requested to
give nim a call before making any positive arrangement.'
He hazards nothing in saying that his Stock and
Vehicles will compare favorably with any similar
establishment in the State.
V38~ Persons hiring Horses or Vebioles, will
be required to return them in good condition, or
pay for all damages.

WHEREAS the Plaintiffs did on the second
day of October instant, file their Declarations
against the Defendant, who (as'it is said) is
absent from and without the limits of this State,
and has neither wife nor Attorney known within
the same, upon whom a copy of said Declaration
might be served: It is therefore ordered, that the
said defendant do appear and plead to the said
Declarations on or before the 28th day of October,
which will be in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty-nine, otherwise final
and absolute judgment will then be given and
awarded against him.
