the second under the superintendence of its
present able and indefatigable Principal, JOHN B.
PAN KEY, -will commence on TUESDAY, the Fi ''ST
DAY of JANUARY, 1S5C. The Scholastic year is
divided into two sessions, of five months each.?
There will be a Public Examination at the close of
each term. The experience of Mr. PAN KEY, as a
Teacher, especially in preparing Studentsfor College,
is too well known in the vicinity of his former teaching,
to need comment. To others who may feel a personal
interest, wc can only say, having fully satisfied
ourselves that he possesses all the requisites of a
good, able and efficient teacher : and deeply impressed
with the ruinous effects of a frequent change of

THE PRINCETON PRESS.;

This Press will throw off from 500 to 800 sheets ,
per hour, doing the work equal to any Cylinder Press. ,
The bed stands about 30 inches from the floor, and j
is the most convenient of all Presses to make ready
tho form on. It is adapted to jobbing, or book work, !
as well as newspaper, and will register as well as I
any other Cylinder Press. It requires, to work it,
a man to turn tho fly wheel and a boy to feed the
shoots.
The Inking Apparatus is very complete, and differs
from the apparatus used in Cylinder Presses ;
generally, being more like that used in the Power !
i'laten Presses. Two rollers pass over the form |
twice to each impression, taking ink for each sheet, j
A Press of this description for newspaper and job- ;
bing, bed 44 by 28} inches, with roller mould, roller j
stocks, blanket, flying und registering apparatus, J
