death in cBooneville, Mifgouri, of Mr.
Isaac M. Dwight, who '.ad recently
left liss Carolina home for that State,
Mr. Dw'ght was widely known and
beloved. He was born in 1799 and
had thus passed the period allotted
to man. Almost his entire life was'
passed in the lower, Country, but
his frequent visits to Fairfield made
him well known here. 1,o was- i
noble type of the highest Southern
character. irave, impulsive, gene
rous and high toned, his, influence I
for.good was felt by ali with whom i
he camein contact. His death will
be seriounly felt. Mr. Dwight was
one of three surviving graduates of
the class of 1817 in theSouth Caroli.
