A reporter of the Charleston News, bas interviewed Capt. Geo. Tupper, under arrest for the alleged nurder of Capt. John D. C -ld well, and through him a statement from Capt Tupper is made public, which, if true, throws light upon the affair that had not been seen before. Capt.
