HAVANA, April 15. a Napoleon, Arrango, and other in surgoant chieftains, are heading a party in the Central Dcpartnient in opposition to General Quesada, who however, has the large:t number of adherants. Advices from St. Thomas report the arrival there of one of the Peruvian Monitors. A supply train with an escort of 900 men had arrived at Santa Crus, after having lost six killed and twenty wounded. The insurgents on the way were found to be very numerous, and provided with beef and vegetables, but no flour. LONDON, April 15. A meeting of the conservative mem bers of Pt rliament was held to night ; over 200 attended. Disraeli was pres ent, and made a speech, in which he in dicated the future policy of the party on the Irish Church question, and announo. ed the amendments which would be pro. posed by the opposition to the bill now pending in the House of Commons. These amendments ate ir. effect that grants made to the Irish Church since the reformation are to remain intact ; that glehe lands be retained by their present holders without purchase, aad that the union of the Irish Church and the Church of England ceaso in 1872. Important. modifications of the financial sections of the bill are also proposed, in cluding the establishment of a capitali zed smn for the support of the clergy, of-annuities, and application of a large portion of the church revenues to the support of public worship, and to defray the expenses of the management of the church. HAVANA, April 17. In consequence of the publication of a document issuing from New York over the signature of Mercies Liemus, the envoy of the revolutionary party of Cuba, imposing certain conditions upon the Cubans refugees for their support, Captain General Dulce has ordered the seizure of all the property belonging to Lemus. Leon, Casanova, Cienvos and others. The journals, generally, ap prove this confiscation. The rebel General Adulcere was captured, and executed at Mansarilla. It is reported that a schooner with arms and men was captured near the mouth of Mantua lver, at the Western end of the (stand. Three expeditions from Florida have nrrived at Bayno, and an union of the volunteer forces of the Cuban inautgents has taken place. The Spanish c rces are deserting. LoNDo; April 17. The Irish church bill was debated in committee to day. D'Israeli moved to strike out the following clause: "After the lst of January 1871, the said union created by act of Parliament between the churches of England and Ireland shall be dissolved, and the said church of [reland ceases to be established by law."
