The bill authorizes, among other
things, the comptroller to issue circu
lating notes, under the regulation
provided in the bill to the amount not
,exceeding $10,000,000, to each of the
following States: Kentucky, Nevada, I
Virginia, North Carolina, South Caro
lina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama,
Ylorida, Mississippi,Louisiana, Tetas,
