Be it ordained by ihe Town Council
of Barnwell, that any person, firm or
corporation,^ doing business in the
town of Barnwell without a license
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction shall be fined not less
than $10.00 or more than $50.00, or
imprisoned not less than 10 days or
more than 30 days, either in the coun-
