Darlington, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the “New County Organization,” hereby certify that, IN ADDITION to the sum of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND.no 100 ($35,000.00) DOLLARS GUARANTEED to be raised by the banks of Allendale for the purpose of erecting and equipping a court house and jail in the town of Allen dale, in the event that the “New County Election” carries and Allendale is selected as the county seat (which sum of $35,- 000.00 is represented by bankable, negotiable SECURITIES now deposited in said banks), the Executive Committee has in sight an ADDITIONAL sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars, including a court house Site, which will be raised for the same purpose, but which pressure of time has not yet permitted to be reduced to bankable, negotiable securities.
