October 1917 to the 15th of
March 1918 inclusive.
January 1st 1918 a penalty of
1% will be added. Fpbuary 1st
1918 a penalty of \% will be
added leaking a total of 2% for
Febuary. March 1st to 15th
1918 inclusive a penalty of f>%
