you, and each of you, are hereby required,
with strict regard loihb provisions of tho
constitution and laws of the State touching
your duty iu such ease, to cause an election

be closed on the said day of election, and
auv person who shall sell any intoxicating
drinks on said day of election shall be doom
ed guilty of a misdemeanor, nud on Con
viction thereof, shall be fined u sum of not
less than Oue Hundred Dollars, or be im
prisoned for a period of not loss than one
month nor more than six montha.
