To Amend an Ordluance to Ralne Supplies for tlie Fiscal If ear Ae. Be it Ordained Ao ; 1. That the Clerk ef Council shall collect all taxes and license*. 2. That in cases where the ownership of pi sport v has changed since the last assess ment, the Clerk shall enter such property in the name of its present owner. 8. That in cases of improvements and betterments of property sineo tho last assess ment, and prior to the first day of Ap ril, 1874, the Clerk shall add to the amount at which such property has been asso?scd, the value of such improvement* or betterments, to be ascertained upon oath of the owner ef such property, filed with the said Clerk.
