County, and shall not within thirty days
thereafter make such report lo tho Auditor
of said County as is required in the fifty
sixth Section of this Act, ho or they shall
forfeit and pay tho sum of one hundred dol
lars, w hich shall be collected by civil aol ion
in the name of the County Commissioners,
and paid into the County Treasury for tho
exclusive benefit of the County, Aud pro
cess in such case may issue out of the Court
of Common Pleas of tho County in which
such business was commenced, directed to
