by a lady in the waiting room at the
Depot waa forceu into such close quar
tern by the narrowness of the apartment
thai he was arrested the next morning

to oommit a felony. The gentleman's
counsel submitted in evideuoe an acoa
rata measurement of the Station house

held that even *travollor by the S. 0.,
R. R., te entitled to fresh sir, that to
procure fresh sir one most and has a
right to pass out of the Station house,
and that the rest was an not of God for
which the R. R., Company was liable if
any body was.
