At a meeting of the citizen, of Or
angeburg County to take into consider
ation the advi&abillity of establishing a
Cotton Fuctory ; tho following oilkers
were elected, via:

On motion of Mr Fowlcs, the follow
ing resolution Has adopted :
Resolved, That a committee of
five gentlemen bo appointed by the
chairman, to report, at an adjourned
meeting to be called on Salcsday next,
upon the feasability of establishing a
Cotton. Factory at some point in this
County.
In pursuance of the above resolution
the following committee was aptioitttcd
