Eighth Judicial Circuit Conven
tion.-?This convention met at 10
o'clock yesterday morning in the eloak
room at the State house, there being a
very full rcpresentntion. Ute district
is composed of the counties of Green
ville, Picken*, Oconce, Anderson and
Abbeville. A. B Myth, Esq., of
Greenville, was notniuated for solicitor
on the first ballot, ever J. Scott Murray,
Esq., of Anderson, by o very close voto.
