or other person, has committed any act
or thing contrary to, and in violation of
this Chapter, to cease the arrest, by
warrant, under his haed and seal, of
such tavern keeper, retailers, or other so
offendiug, and require, aa ia prescribed
by Uw* security for his appearanco at
the neat Court of General Sessions,
then and there to answer to the matter
of auch complaint, and, in default of se
curity, to.commit to jail, there to be un
