Ou Thursday night, Slaty Leo, a no
gro woman, who lived at No. 161 Lloyd
street, died. Before her death she as
serted that she ha l been poisoned by
her undo, and requested that whon she
died a post mortem examination should
be held. A negro woman, who claims
to be a fortune teller, had warned the
girl of h*r fats, and said* thaS the uncle
tefcred ro above was a "hoodoo" m*n,
as tho negroes term it, and that ho Would
conjure hor to death.
Coroner Weber was notified' ot tho
