Mr Greene's courtesy, promptness and
close application to business-have won

the State is not equally well filled.

Town us lies in front of the residence of
T. O. Dawson, Esq. Orangeburg is
certainly washing away rapidly, but
where it is all going to is what we are

our own last summer, in excessively warm
quarters in this Town, led US fdr a while
to entertain, ns at least possible, tho view
that the.o is some Hue or subterranean
passago connecting tho Town with a
voll known locality of high tempera

mention iu public; (wo wish it to be
distinctly understood, right here, that
our experience was had at this end of]

the superfluous water and loose soil of
Oraugeburg may bo rapidly gravitatiag
through this subterranean way, to the

lowering the thermometer there) and to
the great detriment of real estate her**

er, for this view to have become gcuer

But by whatever channel or means
Orangeburg is gradually diuppeuring.

Town Council will iu this, as iu all

If his crop is only doubled by the use of "COTTON FOOD" it will give him from one
lo two hundred per cent, profit on his outlay, with Cotton at 12} cents per pound, and it
will enable him to plant fewer acres with a corresponding reduction of labor and expense
with better results.
