Whereas a majority of the SCHOOL
TRUSTEES of this County have failed to
Comply with Sections 29, 80 and 61 of an
Act entitled "An Act to Establish and Main
tain a System of Freo Common Schools.
&c." to which their Attention was duly
caiicd, the following Section of the same
Act is published for the luform.ition of the
newly appointed Trustees. They are re
quired to carry it out strictly:
