Seubrook, Esq., arrived here ou Monday lost, arid organized the Court of Gene ral Sessions on the nfteruoon of that day. Judge Graham is looking heartier than when presiding here some time ago. This announcement wi'.l doubtless be gratifying to the many friends he has made in this County, by the fairness and impartiality with which he holds the Scales of justice This is the first regular term of Court this County has had for more than a year, and the civil calendars, iu consequence, arc crowded. But notwithstanding the Vast amount of work before the Court, we are convinced that Judge Graham's solicitude for the interest of the farmers, uud County ut large, will induce him to dispatch the business of the Court iu the quickest manner possihle. The Judge's charge to the Grand ?Jury w?Vad mirable. The view that he took of things shows that iu him are combined a correct and high Bouse of justice, and true legal ability.
