About 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon Mother fearful tragedy was perpetrated in the second district of this city. 8car?ls* has the public mind recovered forth the horror excited by the City Park tragedy before it is presented with another scene of blood and violence more liafrrowing in its rcoital then the former, fearful as that certainly was. It is known as No. 31, and is occupied by a woman named Mrs. Forte, who keeps furnished rooms to rent. Ouo of these tenanted by a young girl named i Walker.
