The County Hotel was again the scene of I
an outbreak, on lliursday morning last, when
the notorious Y. S. Bobo, with three colored
prisoners left. The door of the eel! was open
ed for the purpose or giving the inmates their

An old lady in Indiana recently applied for
a widow's pension, stating that her husband,
a soldier of IS 12, had been lost on the Ohio
river in IS 14. The department replied that
the soldier was still living and receiving a
pension in Tennessee, and the lady is now
after the truaut of 22 years.
The two volumes, by Queen Victoria, upon
the Highlands of Scotland, premised some
