of two-thirds of each branch of the Legislature;

objections in thrcO days; unless an adjournment
prevented, and thcu within two days after the
commencement of the next session.
Section 7 of the report of the Committee ou
the Judiciary, was then taken up and the word
?'county'' substituted for "district.".'
The Chair announced the following Special
