ed;, and any person so offending, procuring for, or

.Spirituous Liquors, will be brought to trial heforc a
Military Tribunal, ami shall be fined in n sum nol
exceeding one hundred nor loss than fifty dollars, or
imprisoned for nf'poriod not exceeding two riioutlis.'
And any person giving information of nny violation
of this order, shall, upon conviction of the person
accused, be entitled to receive one-fourth of the fine
Imposed nnd collected.
