The Complexion ot the court politically is patent to nil who keep up with tbcdiilT of political matters and it is not uer essaty to mention that here. Whether all the members of the court will serve or not remains to be seen. At any rate the opening of the trial of the troops is to be entered upon piomptiy and interesting develoj limits will doubtless come thcrcfioui. As will be seen the inquiry is to extend to every company in the State which declined to obey the Governor's orders, and the Columbia companies are thus to be dealt with.
