D. 1803, the barn and stables of W. M. English, in the County of Union, was burned, and there being reason to believe that the burning was an act of incendiarism, NOW, THEREFORE, I, B. 11. Tillman, Governor of the State of South Carolina, in order that justice may be done and the majesty of the law vindicated, do hereby offer a rewnrd of q' i hundred dollars for the apprehension anu conviction of the person or persons who committed said act of incendiarism.
