State ok South Carolioa, ^ Executive Chamber, j WHEREAS information has been received at this Department thai on the night of the 22nd August, A. D. 1893, the bam and stables of W. M. English, in the County of Union, was burned, and there being reason to believe that the burning was an act of incendiarism, NOW, THEREFORE, I, B. 11. Tillman, Governor of the State of South Carolina, in order that justice may be done and the majesty of the law vindicated, do hereby offer a reward of one hundred dollars for the apprehension and conviction of the person or persons who committed said act of incendiarism. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF.
