Bedford, Ind.?At 2 o'clock Monday morning a mob of a hundred men nppenrcd before the jail here, forced the sheriff to give up the keys and took John Terlell, who murdered Conductor L. F. J'lice at Seymour, from his cell and banged him in tho jtil yard. Terrell begged for his life, but his appeals met with silence. The lynching was conducted in a most orderly manner, Terrell's cries being the ouly sound heard. After lynching their man, the mob requested that the body should not be token down until daylight, after which" it dispersed.
