As to the executions for the fiscal year
1889-90, as 1 have already stn'cd, were, at
the time of the investigation, in the Inuds
of the .Sheriff for collection, aud are yet in
his hands; and us they have never been
turned over to me by the .Sheriff, as a mutter
of course, I have never received credit for a
[ single dollar of those executions, as nulla
bma or non ests. by tho Auditor or any one
else.
Thus it will he seen that there can be no
deficit on nulla bona or non est executions
ivr that fiscal year, as they ate to be accounted
for and disposed of in the next animal
settlement With ilic Auditor an 1 Comptroller
General.
And as to the nulla bona and tun est
credits rejected and disallowed bv Cant. Wil
liams, f?r I lie years of 18815-7?(8*7 8 and

could show, if space would permit.
