Couoon bonds, payable bj levy of taxes upon the taxable property of said township*, in Twenty and Thirty years after the issue thereof, and to bo received by the said Railway Company at par ; said bonds to be of the d enominstions of One Hundred, Fir# lluudred and One Thousand dollars; provided that the funds realised on said bonds shall be expended in the construction of said Railway within the limits of the said Towuships. And Wdereae, by said Act, it is in?de the duty of the said County Co<uuii?*ioners to V>rder an election, specifying the time, place and purpose of the election, and to appoint three managers at each election precinct in aid townships, who shad hold and couduct aaid election, at which the ballots shall have written or printed thereon, the words "Subscription" or "No Subscription." It m therefore Ordered, that an election le held for said purpose on Tuesday, the eixteenth day of February, A. 1)., 1892, and ^^^hat the polls be opened at the various ^^Mectiou proc ucts within the said townships ^^f J ones villa and Pinckney, from 7 o'clock, A. M , until 6 o'clock. P. M., of that day, at which election all the qualified electors of said townships shall be entitled to vote, that the ballots shall have written or printed thereon the words "Subscription" or "No Subscription."
