Strain. The cbo'r sang I t, "Joy and Gladness." Devotional exetcses were oonduct?d hy Rov. J. D. Failey. President declared the Conrent'oe^t'pen and ready to proceed with thebutiness be ore if. Choir sang 60, Joy and Gladnesa. Enrollment of schools and delegates was n?xt in order, and a number of informal m b?t reports w?i*e made, which showed tha the several eehools that had beeo in "winter quarter*" were re-organised and ready to begin work. Twelve schools were onrolleJ. All visiting brethren, were invited to take part in 'he proceedings. Sung 49. 1st Qmttdon: Has the S. 8. accomplished ay good ? If not, who is responsible ? On motion of C. W. Whisooaut, this question Was changed to read : "Has the Sabbath Fchoo' accomplished the gaod it might have done? If not, who is responsible?" Thii was ably discussed by Rev. J. D.
