Constitute on adopted by the recent North
Dakota Convention are interesting. This
instrument provides that any legislator who
shall ride on a free pass shall forfeit his

for Union County will be held at
Union Court House, in the office of said
County Commissioners, on Saturday, the 14th
day of September next, nt ten o'clock A.
M., for the consideration of the expediency
of changing the location of the highway
lending from It ice's Bridge on Fair Forest
Creek to Union Court House.
The proposed highway is to run through
lands of K. A. Pruitt, lands belonging to the
heirs of Wyclic Goodin, lands of B. II. Bice,
deceased, and lands of l)r. H. S. Bcaty.
All persons interested will be permitted to
