such excuse will not bs reoeived, for surely
the roads have been soft enough the past
two months, and Ovorseere should have
taken'advantage of the favorable condition.
We mean business, and we meen to have
pood roads in Union County, If the lew will
giye us ths power to have them put in good
condition.
