In this joint stook company the stock is to be held by the sub-alliances of the State, as organizations and not by individuals, as snob. Altera somewhat prolonged discussion in reference to tho ratification of the action of ft the National Alliance, which at its last meet- in ing at Meridian, Miss., voted to unite with tho "Agricultural Wheel" under a joiut constitution, a vote was taken on the question, and by a vote of 23 to 12 it was voted " to ratify, thus endorsing the proposed cou- h olidation. tj TJIK COTTON COVKIUNO QUESTION. After some unimportant discussion the convention adjourned sine die at 10:30, many of the delegates having left for their homes however, before that hour by the late night trains. -?
